Greetings!

The PDA Commission on Election hereby sends this NOTICE OF ELECTION to all Philippine Dental Association Members, Political Parties, Chapters and Affiliates. On May 15 and 16, 2024, the PDA will once again conduct an election for the PDA Executive Board and HOD Officers for Administrative Year 2024-25.

February 15, 2024 Start of COC filling
March 11, 2024 End of COC filling
March 15, 2024 Announcement of Official Candidates, Briefing of Official Candidates, Oath Taking of Candidates, Start of Campaign Period
April 30, 2024 Due date for List of Voters (from Membership Committee)
May 13, 2024 End of Campaign Period
May 15, 2024 Election day for PDA Executive Board
May 16, 2024 Election of HOD Officers / End of Election Period

All interested candidates may secure their Certificate of Candidacy (attached), accomplish and submit with requirements, to any member of the COMELEC and/or Ms. Mercy King (PDA Staff / 09228841390) in the PDA office. Kindly refer to the COMELEC Election Guidelines (attached) for qualifications and requirements for the said election and elective positions.
